Plums and Rosemary Tartlets

My boss puzzles me. She is a nice middle-aged lady who seems to be oblivious of the fact that there is such a thing as office manners - she'll shout herself crazy one moment and come and hug us the next. She acts as if we employees were her kids... which is as good a way as any, but slighly unsettling for me, since I'm used to more traditional, formal behaviour at the working place. 

Anyway, she owns a house with a garden, and once or twice a year she brings us loads of fresh rosemary she grew herself. 
Last time she did this, I baked these tartlets to thank her - they are a bit of work but well worth it, what with the buttery, shortbread-like shell and the softer, rosemary-scented heart!
Plums were really not in season yet, so they tasted a bit bland, but in a month's time they will be nice and ripe - that would be the perfect time to make another batch!
